Cancellation requests must be forwarded to DNS Australia via email. Please note that all cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee, and while the Prague School compulsory fee is non-refundable, it can be held for a future course.

 

Refunds will be issued for cancellations received up to one week before the course begins or at the discretion of the organizers if within a week. Course credits can be retained for a new course for up 24 months, but will be forfeited if not used within that period.

In the event DNS Australia must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, a full registration refund will be provided.

However, DNS Australia is not liable for any travel expenses incurred due to such cancellations.

 

Additionally, DNS Australia will not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property during the workshop.
